Shipping
We ship to Paypal CONFIRMED addresses with USPS Priority Mail and for International orders we ship via PMI through United States Postal Services. Upon purchase of item you will be provided a tracking number once your item is shipped. You will be notified of the status of your order upon purchase of item.
Returns
LURKHARD.COM does not give refunds, but you will be permitted to exchange your item within 7 days of shipping received date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and will not be charged again for exchanged item or credit shipping.
Returned items must be approved by [email protected] within the 7 day timeframe. Once approved, please return item(s) in a box with your invoice number on it and e-mail us the tracking number(s) to [email protected] to expedite your service time. Returns not in according to these instructions will not be accepted and packages will be returned to shipper.
